In a bowl add boiled potatoes gram flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ajwain 1 tbsp coriander leaves mash all of these nicely
Now form balls of this mixture with frozen cream filled inside fill as much cream as u can
Fry the ready koftas before the cream melts fry them on medium flame till golden brown and crispy keep aside
In a wok add some oil and then add 1 tsp sugar add grinded onions and fry them till they start browning then add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes away
Fry this paste nicely and then add 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp Everest sabji masala 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder fry all this for a min
Then add grinded tomatoes and fry nicely till the oil separates and tomato sauce and kasoori methi and rest of the frozen cream and fry it nicely for about 4-5 mins
Add water to form a nice gravy u can add milk if u want to make the dish richer cover the gravy boil for 5 mins till all the flavours merge nicely
For serving place the koftas in a bowl and pour hot gravy over the koftas and some cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Can be served with roti or rice...
